O.K. maybe Fire Trucks crossed the line. If you are a trustee, as it sounds,
what are the items that you can legally transfer cemetery appropriations to
within that category?

I totally agree that a trustee who wants to maintain a cemetery can find a
way. However, please be aware that a trustee CANNOT, under any
circumstances use unspent appropriations designated for cemeteries for Fire
Equipment or Poor Relief. We cannot, under any circumstances transfer
between funds as you have stated.
