Subject: [INPCRP] package sewer plant
The town of Georgetown In. is in the process of getting approval for a
package sewer plant on property containing a pioneer cemetery. What are
the laws on diggig for this plant Is it not more than 100 feet>? Jack
and I had talked to the owner and she had given us access. The town
board say they are willing to protect but I dont feel they understand
how far they need to stay away. Dave Riley

Quote from William Gladstone (1809-1897), three-time Prime Minister of
England and Victorian contemporary of Benjamin Disraeli:
"Show me the manner in which a nation or community
cares for its dead and I will measure with mathematical
exactness the tender mercies of its people, their
respect for the laws of the land, and their loyalty
to high ideals."
