This sounds like more information for Ruth Halloday's column. Another instance of the
law not being enforced.

with most old cemeteries, there is alot of contraversy. It was vandalized
several years ago, and the kid who did it, was to make restatution, but never
did. It just so happens, that his dad was the Police Chief at the time, and
basically it was all swept under the rug. So, the commission doesn't want to work
on the cemetery until someone makes the kid pay for the damages, which we
know, will never happen. I may write to this Ranny and see what he thinks.
