Here's the motion. Any other opinion's welcome. I appreciate your input.
"If the Delaware County Historical Society's Pioneer Cemetery Preservation
Committee is working in a township, the Pioneer Cemetery Preservation
Committee requests a township trustee representative to come to our monthly
meetings. If the township trustee doesn't send a representative, that
township will be lower priority for the Pioneer Cemetery Preservation
Committee to work with."

I think it's a great idea - and I have tried to implement similar things in
the past - at Henry County we each have a mailbox in the courthouse - only
used during assessing times (tried that) - have sent out indidvual packets
to their offices......... - but we need to do our own "Township Hall of
Shame" I'm all for it!
Thanks!

Donna,
I don't have the minutes right before me, but I expect the secretary to send
them out directly. When I do get the motion I will be glad to send it to you
and everyone to see.
Thanks,
Mark Kreps

This sounds like a great idea - we also have 2 Township Trustees (I think
that's in our by-laws) on the Henry County Cemetery Commission Board -
but
many times we have tried to get the other 11 trustees to attend a meeting
but to no avail............ How exactly does your motion read?
