The Indiana Code says the DNR must see all drawings and approve the site
plan improvements within 100 feet. Check with your township trustee /
assessor and see if they received a copy of the building permit from the
county as well as from the DNR.

Greetings to the list......A home is being built immediately next to
Fairview Cemetery in Grant County.....I have heard it is against law to
build closer than 100 feet from Cemetery property.
Can anyone confirm this ?
