Cris,
I agree with Jack in some respects. Perhaps the developer would allow you
to be an observer, both for your peace of mind and for educational purposes.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to observe the archaeological work
that is done to identify cemeteries. (When they removed the twelve sets of
remains I FORCED them to find, CalTrans banned me from the site.)

Chris, I forgot this;
I disagree with you on the Reporter and Photographer. They are your
insurance that everything, whatever it may be, will be handled properly,
and
with Dignity. When the Smith here in Floyd Co. was moved the last
week of
January, I had made plans to Still Photo and Video Tape the Disinterment.
I
wanted a Record of what Transpired Instead, they went out on a 24
degree
day
a week and a half early. Now officially no one knows what was done,
although
I don't have to use much imagination to guess, since they used a
Backhoe.
and
moved 3 boxes that would each hold a basketball.
and there was a minimum of 7 buried there (Actually 12) NO one but the
Developers Man knows, and he lied to the Newspaper about everything. The
reporters will only show the process, nothing disgraceful or repulsive. I
wish I could have had a chance for a reporter, now it's much to late. They
would be the eyes of everyone interested. Just my opinion, Good Luck,
