Actually it sounds to me as if these amendments are intended to make it
EASIER to remove bodies and RELOCATE remains from historic cemeteries.
Check who has sponsored it and I'm willing to bet it's going to some
industry or the other, like...coal mining companies...

I not planning on any disinterments, so I'm not sure how this could effect
inpcrp. It is good information though. Just when you think a body was laid
permanently to rest, here comes someone wanting to lease state property,
make new toll roads, privatize just about everything. We never know how
one
thing is connected or will connect with others in the future. Thanks
