I have a paralegal working on permission slips for both sides for several
different scenarios. Will forward information on them when done.

Subject: [INPCRP] Permission slip
Lois and group:
I think the recent work on the permission slip for cemeteries under the
control of the township trustee is wonderful. However, I'm currently
working
on a cemetery and I believe it is not under the township
trustee's
authority.
I have had verbal permission from the area landowners to be there
and
work,
but nothing in writing. I am planning on working on it in the next
few
weeks
doing some probing for buried stones. Should we devise some sort of
form
for
this as well? Does anyone know what the DNR's take on this would
be?
Secondly, is the DNR going to start compiling an index of these
cemeteries
and is their procedure in place for this yet? I think several of us
are
in a
position to get them off to a good start in our own counties.
Thanks
Kyle
