Amy,
Do you realize that Pickel cemetery was trashed back in the seventies
and that the neighbor up the road who died recently and a few other
interested parties hauled the stones out of Ramp Creek and reset them ?
This was in the late 70's and the guys name was Mandelco, a very wise
farmer. They think they put them back on the right graves, but couldn't
be completely certain. The property was foreclosed on and thats when
Mandelco
and friends found out what happened and rescued those gravestones. By
the way,
the guy who did it lives 6 miles up the road, wanna go wring his neck ?
The area is rich in history, the double barrelled covered bridge at
Brown county
state park came from 2000 feet away in plain sight of the graveyard.
There are graveyards less than a mile from yours
to the east, west, and the southwest.
We need to talk, our group and myself will help you, if you are to the
point of needing legal action then I will notify the prosecutor.

I live in Johnson County, adajacent to Brown County, and there has been
nothing in the local paper in Franklin. Frequently, there is information in
the local paper about activities in Brown County.
