I agree with Lois, Jeannie Regan-Dinius would be my contact with
DNR.
If DNR would elect not to ask for prosecution and you have a
"cemetery friendly" reporter on the staff of your local newspaper, an
article concerning the lack of prosecution concerning the cemeteries might
have some effect. County prosecutors are elected officials (Paid by the
State of Indiana, if I remember correctly.). Most elected officials would
rather not have negative articles written about them, but sometimes it does
motivate some action to be taken.
I'm probably wrong. I've been out of the "loop" for a
little
while.

| Dear Larry:
|
| If it were me, I would certainly notify DNR. There's zero chance they
will
| do anything about it if they don't know anything about the situation.
| Obviously that's not a guarantee that anything will be done, but it's
| certainly worth making an effort to let them know. Personally, I'd start
| with Jeannie Regan-Dinius < JRdinius(a)dnr.state.in.us >. I've lost faith
in
| my local Prosecutor, but if the pressure to prosecute comes from DNR,
maybe
| yours will be more responsive.
