Dear Joan,
This is probably the "Salem Cemetery". I can't tell, because no sign is
visible
from the highway and there is no entrance, path, lane or road into the cemetery.
It is indeed north of Windfall at the northern edge of Tipton County about 1/4 mi.
south of the Howard County line on the east side of the road.
When I looked at it again from the highway, it appears to be obvious that someone
has been doing some work in the cemetery. It is not entirely overgrown with weeds
or brush; it just appears to be forgotten and desolate.
At any rate, I am glad to hear that it is being attended to. Keep up the good work.
