Here's what the rules say:
NO COMMERCIAL POSTINGS PERMITTED. Posting messages
relating to activities that involves the exchange of
money between members are expressly prohibited by RootsWeb,
except with Rootsweb's express permission. However,
the last thing that we want is for policy to get in
the way of our doing cemetery research, restoration and
preservation. Therefore, the INPCRP list will accept
brief announcements of books and other resource material
for sale that are specifically related to this subject.
If possible, don't include prices and ordering info;
just include a brief description, a website address or
an e-mail address where further information can be obtained.
I'm pretty sure my post complies.

I think any information pertaining to our interests can be posted here - I
felt guilty about putting our fundraiser here for the Lewisville Cemetery
Association, and to follow-up the chicken and noodle dinner raised almost
$6,000.00 toward cemetery restoration!!!
