This may be off topic..... Ok, I will compromise on the death penalty
for
cemetery vandalism( that comment was tongue in cheek,anyway)...Maybe a
more
appropriate penalty for cemetery vandalism would be 50 hours of
cemetery
restoration for every stone they knock over or destroy. No more wimpy
justice. That way you get the cemetery repaired and you keep a vandal on
his
or her hands and knees for a few weeks in a community service
project.
