type of scenario would be with someone who purchased a stone for

spouse/child, etc...these could and usually are covered under your
homeowners
insurance. But I believe we're discussing old, pioneer stones here. Then
the other problem is when the mowing crew is not under a contractual
agreement
but are actually township employees (or cemetery board). Then the trustee
(board) has sole responsibility for the damage...
