Morning list,
I'm sending a recent post that explains some of what is happening with the
email bounces off our list. I thought it might help the AOL readers to see this.
I am still seeing several messages bouncing on the INPCRP list. I hope this
helps someone.

I have a list subscriber who says she has not been able to open any
of her
digest emails since June. She is on AOL with Windows XP (Home) and
Internet Explorer. She says spam blocker is not the problem, and that this
happened overnight, that she could no longer access them, only receiving an
error message.
This issue has been addressed recently on the AOLers list and the answer is
that the person who gets the error message when trying to open a digest on AOL
is trying to open it using AOL's webmail rather than using the AOL email
program. The problem is that the AOL webmail is only compatible with SOME
browsers and Windows versions and obviously this person isn't using a compatible
browser or Windows version.
This means she needs to read the digests using the regular AOL email
program, update to a compatible browser/windows version in order to use
webmail--or switch to mail mode rather than digest.
