If it's on private property, the landowner. If it's a township cemetery,
the township trustee.

Who do you contact, county wise, in order to get permission to clean up a
small cemetery? I came across a small old cemetery yesterday where trees
have lost limbs & knocked over some headstones. I wanted to see about
cutting the hanging limbs & cleaning it up some, but have no idea who I
need to contact. It's located in Cass County, close to Galveston.
