They were playing in the cemetery at a church when a cross-shaped slab
slid
off the base and fell on her, causing a severe head injury. The stone
weighed more than 1,000 pounds and was about 5 feet tall.
At the very least, we need to encourage people to be mindful about the
dangers, especially to children, in cemeteries.
