Thanks Stan. Before I do anything this extensive (along with sanding) I
think I will need to contact the DAR. They may decide to pay a commercial
company to perform the restoration.
Again THANKS,

Subject: [INPCRP] How do you Clean Bronze
Hello,
The DAR placed a rather large monument in the Hoover Bulla Cemetery in
Wayne County for Andrew Hoover. It has now been up and in the weather
long
enough that the bronze is turning green. It is difficult to read, and
very
hard to get a good picture. What is the procedure for cleaning bronze?
Who
in the DAR would I need to contact for permission to clean the bronze?
Thanks,
Dave Sloan
