It is currently a real mess.
It gets burned every other year. The plant roots are as thick as
a carpet just under the soil. It has protected plants and grasses.
The trustee will have nothing to do with it. Tried that route 3 years ago.
I photographed everything I could two different years
after it was burned. It's all up on Find-A-Grave.
Some battles you just can win, or at least without enough support.
