The web address includes the line UNDER the blue part. So highlight both lines and copy,
then paste and it should work.

I had that problem, too. There is something wrong with the web address as posted. See if
you can get there another way, just go to family search and then type in what you'd
like. My husband had to alter the http in some way, but I forgot to ask him what he did.
