I don't know about Heritage Quest. Can you tell us more about it?
Thanks,

Subject: [INOWEN] Question about Heritage Quest
Are any of you across the USA home users of Heritage Quest via your
local
public library? I would like to know if their newest feature, the Persi
index, is working for home users. It can always be searched within the
library building, but it SHOULD be searchable from home too. I am able
to
click on it, click on search people (in the Persi index), but then I get
a
login error message. It is only the Persi index and its subparts that
will
not work from home, the census images and online books work fine.
Whether
it is a problem of technical support at my library, or whether it is a
nationwide problem, I don't know until I can find someone who has
actually
been in it routinely from home. By the way, I'm told within a few
months
the index will link to the actual documents. I can hardly wait!
Thank you for your feedback.
