I don't have any information on the Criss/Huber line, but I can say there is
a Bowling Green, IN. I used to live in the area[Clay City] and as a child
my family went there for a carnival they had and that's where I won my first
big teddy bear....:)

I happen to also be working on the Huber line and saw your message of May
7,
2006 to iggy29(a)sbcglobal.net
where you found information regarding the Marriage of Samuel Elijah Huber
and Mary Belle Nichols, stating they were were married at Bowling Green,
Clay
co., Indiana, I found verification of their marriage 14 March 1888 in the
WPA
books, they were married in Owen County, Book 32, page 324. I don't
believe
there is a Bowling Green in Indiana.
Ironically I had received a lot of information from Melba Haltom, as we
were
related by great grandfathers.
