Hello All,
Here is a link to an index of Midwestern subjects, both personal and
geographical, in "The Christian Record". The index contains entries for
Bedford College. According to the introduction, this was published in
Bloomington and Bedford. Index:
http://www.mun.ca/rels/restmov/texts/cr/crintro.html
Several Midwestern persons are listed. This is merely an index, I'm not
sure how you go about getting the actual article. But, if I remember
correctly, much of this information is kept in Nashville TN.
Also, an article concerning the history of the Christian Church:
http://www.mun.ca/rels/restmov/who.html
And, finally, the link that I used to get to it all:

Best to All,
Brad

1853 when he left for Oregon. He attended the Bedford Seminary at the

the >Owen County area and anything of its history?
My wife's g-grandfather in 1873 attended Bedford College, Bedford is
in Lawrence County. He was a minister in the Christian Church so it
is possible this was the Seminary. Would be interested in any
information found about this school.
