Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

James Earl Beaman, son of Isaac Francis and Nancy (Vandevender) Beaman,
married Nancy Rosetta Rawley in 1900. Daughters were Leona V. or B. born
1904-1905, Juanita L. born 1907, Laura Zola born about 1908, and Maxsene L.
born about 1912. In 1964 when Calvin, their eldest brother died, the obit
read that his sisters were: Vernice Hickam, Lodema Harrold (Mrs Byron),
Loraine Magee, and Lucille Neah. Can anyone sort this out for me?

Thanks so much for the pictures you posted on your website......I was very
interested in the photo of the old Freedom Bridge over White River.....as my
Ggrandfather GEORGE EDWARD SCOTT b. 1860 Freedom IN....Owen co. was one of
the men who helped to build the wooden part of that bridge.....He lived in
the Freedom area all of his life.....I have an oil painting in my home that
my Aunt has a local artist paint of this old bridge for my Grandmother's
birthday one year....CLARA MAY SCOTT SKINNER....I treasure it....Again thanks
so much.

I'm looking for any information about Bernard "Boots" Harless, b. abt 1909.
He lived in Spencer in the 1930's and married Thelma abt 1933. May have
later moved to Indiannapolis, he worked at Smith & Moore garage there in
the 1930's. He had previously been a mechanic in Gosport. Any information
would be greatly appreciated.
