I am interested in information on the Flick and Harmon families.
My mother has traced her family back to Phoebe Flick. I think Phoebe was the
daughter of Christopher Flick Sr. and Susannah Cullison, but do not have any
proof other than she was living in home of Phoebe and her husband in 1850.
Susannah was listed on the 1840 Census as head of household so apparently
Christopher was deceased. In 1850, she was living with Phoebe in Northeast
Twp, Orange County. I can not find her on the 1860 census so presume she
was deceased. Phoebe and her husband William Harmon had moved to Sullivan
County by that time. We have been unable to find a death record for her in
Sullivan County.
I am looking for information on Phoebe's parents and siblings. If anyone has
a will for Christopher or Susannah they would be willing to copy, I would be
happy to reimburse them, or a scanned copy over the internet would be OK.
Anything else anyone would be willing to share would also be appreciated.
If anyone has anything to share, please let me know and I will send you my
address.
Thanks
Rita Bogard

s/w means second wife I think. There is a lot of stuff of stuff on the
internet about Christopher and Polly. If you need any help, let me know and
I
will try to help. Christopher is one of my ancestors and I have quite a bit
of
things about their lives. Donna Stout
