Greetings,
I recently obtained a copy of the will of Moses McCARLEY, d 1844, Own Co,
IN. It lists
Tilford, Woodford, and James LAWSON as living in Orange Co in 1845. Their
father David LAWSON is listed as deceased.
A Lawson WOODFORD appears in the 1850 Orange Co online census on the
rootsweb web site (awesome site BTW!!). I believe that this is my
Woodford LAWSON, but I am not sure.
Is there any knowledge or interest in the LAWSONs or McCARLEYs on this
group? I do not think they stayed in Orange Co for more than 20 years.
Corrections and comments are welcomed!

I believe that the 1850 census taker or a transcriber mixed Woodford's
names.
