For Indiana counties:
Besides circuit court in various counties (and some additional exceptions
for superior courts), the Legislature of the State of Indiana granted some
divorces from 1817 to 1851. You would need to consult printed session laws
of the Legislature. These would be at the State Archives. See their web
site for email contacts.
I fear you would have to search county by county. Divorces were rarely
recorded separate from other court cases, but there are exceptions in some
counties.
