Debbie,
The birth and death records are housed at the Orange County Health
Department. The records dates back to 1882, also, all births and deaths
were not recorded until later. I have found that it usually depended on
whether a doctor was present at the event and later had it recorded.
Orange County was not a part of Dubois County.
