Dear "Amos". Sounds like you've caught the "bug" (the genealogy
bug). I
hope you will enjoy it, because there is no known cure.
In case you didn't know, Albert Corson (4/13/1818 - 10/12/1897) is buried in
the Fulton Cemetery, just north of Rising Sun on Highway 56. Unfortunately,
there is no stone. This cemetery has been flooded several times and many
stones were lost. Dillon R. "Jimmy" Dorrell's book, Ohio County Cemeteries,
notes that Albert was the great-grandfather of Robert Potter, and Orson,
Oscar, Albert, and Malvin Clayton.
There are several Barricklow burials listed, including multiple Johns and
Mary Anns, a Lucy, Maribah, Mary, Sarah, Sarah Ann, Julia, Jane, James,
Hiram, Barrington, Elizabeth, Daniel, Coonroad, Charolotte, Birdie, Abraham,
and Abbie. Let me know if you want particulars on any of these.
