I wonder if "Mexico" is an extinct town? When you look at yahoo maps at a
certain scale, "Utah", "Texas", and "Camp Shor" get
displayed near Rising Sun and I do not recall seeing any road signs of the same along hwy
56. I thought I had seen "Mexico" on yahoo maps or mapquest near Rising Sun at
some point, but could not duplicate last night.

I recently got an obituary of a g-great aunt Bertha A. JONES who died in
Ft Wayne
in 1926. It stated that she was a member of the Progressive
Brethren Church at Mexico. I wonder if theis was in Mexico, Ohio county?
Does anyone know if there is Still a church there that might have records
from this era?
any info would be greatly appreciated. thank you
