There should be no problem visiting any facility in Martinsville or stopping at any
restaurant. I can't think of anything still closed.

You need to check with the courthouse & the Martinsville Library before
traveling to Martinsville IN.
The city of Martinsville had over 11 inches of rain in June in 12
hours---lots of flooding. The local Marsh
grocery store is still closed & most of the restaurants were severely
damaged.
