To Jim Kelly -
Just to see if another family would be interested, I looked up this
interurban rail line and find the following people were officers/employees
in 1907 (Google Books, Electric Railway Directory and Buyer's Manual,
McGraw, 1907):
Entry:
231-Indianapolis & Martinsville Rapid Transit Co. - Office, Indianapolis.
(Connects Indianapolis, Mooresville, Bethany and Martinsville)
Pres. H. J. McGowan, Indianapolis
Aud. L. F. Hixson, Indianapolis
Sec. & Treas. W. K. Schoepf, Cincinnati
Gen. Mgr. C. C. Reynolds, Indianapolis
Supt. C. E. Morgan, Indianapolis
Power station and repair shop at Mooresville.
Reaches Bethany Park.
30 miles; 4-8/12 g: 11 cars.
Maybe you could also list this on the Marion County Board.

Subject: [INMORGAN] John G. McCullough, Indiana c1903
This is my last try to give this away. No one on the
McCullough list was interested. I have a stock certificate
for the Indianapolis & Martinsville Rapid Transit Company
issued to John G. McCullough and dated 5 October 1903. I
have no connection to this McCullough and obtained the
certificate because I had Morgan County family who worked on
this rail line. We have down-sized once again and I no
longer have room to display this. The certificate is
currently in a silver metal frame (nothing fancy). I will
send the framed certificate to a relative for the price of a
USPS flat rate shipment or I will send the certificate in an
envelope at no charge. If there are no takers soon it goes
in the recycle tub.
