For marriages after 1850, the only online statewide database I've found is
through
Ancestry.com. This is based on the 71 Indiana counties indexed by
the WPA.
"Some entries in this database were illegible due to poor quality of the
original typescripts. Copies of these marriages indexes may be located at
Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Some counties listed in this database were also filmed. You may obtain
copies of these films through the Family History Library located in Salt
Lake City, Utah or your local family history center."

Subject: [INMORGAN] Woodward Family
My ggrandmother Sarah C. Woodward was born 1856 in Morgan Co. ,
Madison
Twp. looking for information on gggrandparents Thomas and Tabitha Ann
Woodward ( sometimes spelled Woodard) and his parents Benedict and Elizabeth
Woodward. Benedict was in the 1830, 1840 and 1850 census, Elizabeth also in
1860 and 1870 with son Clelland. I can't find marriage record for Thomas and
Tabitha Ann ( Married sometime before 1840) so can't find her maiden name.
They lived in Morgan Co., MadisonTwp. untill after the 1860 census when they
moved to IL. and then Mo.
Would like any information on them or their family. Cleta
