I recommend you go to the library web page and email that question. I think the answer is
no, because I don't see circuit or superior court records in my listing of their
microfilm. The Court House has a microfilm department which should have microfilms of all
records that are either still on premises, destroyed, or sent to the Indiana State
Archives. It's in the basement of the Court House and may not be open all the time.
Quite a few ledgers were sent to the State Archives a few years ago. See their website
for location and hours, in case you find your records are there.
How early was the divorce? That makes a difference in which court had jurisdiction.
Yes, the library in Martinsville has microfilmed and other resources for the entire
county. The Mooresville library has records of people from that area mostly.
