Marriage of Dwight Bayne and Miss Ida Brake
The wedding of Thomas Dwight Bayne to Miss Ida Bernadine Brake occurred at
8:30 last evening at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. S.
Brake, East Seventh Street. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Charles
Jakes, a brother-in-law of the groom, in the presence of 50 guests.
The bride is a charming young lady and moved here with her parents from
Ohio. She graduated from Indiana University with the class of 1903. The
groom is the manager of the Bayne Mill in this city and is an excellent
young man. The young couple will have the kindest congratulations of a
large circle of friends.
Those here from out of the city to attend the ceremony were: Mr. and Mrs.
G. W. Stanford, Chicago; Rev. and Mrs. Charles Jakes, Stockville, Indiana;
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bayne, Greencastle, and Charles Wiggins and sister,
