Belmont's general store owned by James Owens was entered by thieves Tuesday
night and $67.50 in small change, which he had placed in a shot sack and
hidden behind a kerosene tank, was taken. Several weeks ago the store was
robbed of $87.00 and Owens concluded that behind the tank would be a safe
place for his money.
