Miss Mary Sutton and Miss Beulah Ramer spent Saturday and Sunday in Logansport with Mr.
and Mrs. Roy Weaver.
Mrs. Bertha Kantzer and daughters, Berth Eileen aid Rosanna, spent Sunday in Indianapolis
viewing the millinery openings and also attended the 32nd annual art exhibition at the
John Herron Art Institute.
Miss Lavaria Brunner, a public school teacher at Bass Lake, spent the week-end with her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Brunner.
Mrs. Eva Baldwin spent Sunday in Wabash with relatives.
The condition of Philip Moore of 11 North Union street, a patient at the Dukes hospital,
is reported as somewhat improved. He recently underwent a major operation.
Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Scheerer and son, Edward, spent Sunday in Huntington.
Miss Mary Elizabeth Becker of Indianapolis was home over Sunday visiting her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Fred Becker, West Sixth street.
Mrs. Marie Denton and daughters, and Miss Wilma Pearce were the Sunday dinner guests of
Mr. and Mrs. Albert Johnson of Walton.
Mrs. Grover Tillett and daughter, Mary Louise, spent the week-end in Indianapolis with
their daughter and sister, Ann, who attends Butler University. Mary Louise attended the
relays and Mrs. Tillett was Ann’s guest at the Kappa Kappa Gamma Mothers’ luncheon at
Kappa house.
