Thanks Tina!
I could not help noticing the first seminar listed about familySearch.
Just thought I'd put in a plug for the 1940 Census Indexing project.
In the 2 weeks since its release the volunteers who are helping with FamilySearch Indexing
(
www.indexing.familysearch.org) have indexed 20 million names and arbitrated 10 million
already.
Allow me to encourage everyone to participate.
It's easy and rewarding to know this census images are already available (FOR FREE)
through FamilySearch and familyLink and Archive.com, The index will make things easier
though so the sooner the work is done the better for all researchers out there.
