HI Joellen,
I have no proof of the marriage but when Byron Flagg died, he died in the
home of Perry Fields, that was in the obit. Also on his death certificate
the informant was Emma Feilds.
Since Byron had a daughter named emma it seems right that he would be at her
home in his last years and that she would take care of him when he was sick.
I do know for sure that Emma married Arthur Baker later. She never had any
children but had a step son, Arthur Baker Jr. and she raised my grandmother.
I have attached some info. The generations are numbered.
So nice to run into someone who heard of this family!!
deb in MI.

Debbie,
Yes, there is a Perry C. FIELDS in my family. He is my great grandfather
William Lemuel FIELDS' brother, born about 1852. Sorry, but I have no
other
information on him as to marrages or children so if you know that he
married
Emma FLAGG, that is new information for me. I will send the FIELDS
family
tree that I have so far, to you off list.
Joellen
