Hello Jackie:
Would you please check and see if Phillip Deal is on your listing. In 1989
on a visit back "home"(Wabash Co.), I managed to find the cemetery following
someone's directions, go out past the city park,in Peru, (I knew where that
was). . I have a picture of a white wooden church with a steeple and
remember the cem is across the road from the church. Phillip M. Deal, born
1844-1900, is near the front, and I think close to the drive that goes
along a fence to the side and back in the cemetery. The stone is 4-5
sided. comes to a point, with his wife (Samantha Amanda) and a couple
daughters also are inscribed on the stone. I don't remember seeing
anything that said "Friends Cemetery" though. However have since been told
they may have been Quakers. They lived around North Grove...Miami Co.
Thanks for your time and trouble
Lorna June in NC...

folks
read plus my own reading, many many of my husbands relatives are buried in
this cemetery.
