I have sent off for quite a few certificates. Every one I got was produced
by copying on a copier. It was an original copy. Some were hard to read
but most were very clear.

"COPY" YOU
NEED TO "ASK" FOR ALL THE INFORMATION THAT IS ON IT .. META
