Hello Listers: During the last few years, I have been searching for my
PA/OH/IN HARRIS family. During that time I've seen at lot of very kind
submissions of information about all kinds of info. (Sadly, not enough to
tear down all my "brick walls", but a bunch). As a result of seeing all
the help that has been given, I will be submitting many articles from old
newspapers that I inherited from my aunt. These articles are mostly
obits, but some are just 'newsy". They concern themselves with my
HARRIS', as well as many other friends and extended family members
primarily from the late 1800's to shortly before WWII, in and around
south and western Indiana as well as some articles from Ohio. I TRULY
hope they will bring a light to the long dark tunnel of Genealogy
searching we are all involved in.
They are in no order and unless stated in the article, have no dates. I
tried to scan them, but they are just too frail. Please bear with my "H &
P" typing. I hope they help someone.
FRED HARRIS

and flew it on glad wings to his Maker. The deceased was born in
