Actually, Shirley - if you want any info from Daviess Co. at all, you need to go to
Natalie's film at the FHC -- there is nothing at all under "Daviess Co." and
most people miss this. I'm glad you brought it up! Natalie is an exceptional
researcher - I hope she rests pleasantly on her laurels.....

Natalie Montgomery Baker of Washington, IN, a noted genealogist on
the
Catholic families that migrated from MD to KY to IN, did extensive research on
the
descendants of Peter Montgomery through both of his wives, Catherine and
Margaret.
Her work was microfilmed by the LDS Church (they even set up shop in her
garage and copied all her records on paper and film) and has been on file at
the
Family History Library in Salt Lake City for many years. Anyone can go to a
local Family History Center branch and request the film be sent from SLC to
branch for review.
Natalie is now quite elderly and no longer does genealogy research. She was
a gold mine of information years ago. Much of my Montgomery information was
obtained from the microfilm of her research. Unfortunately, I never got to
finish all the lines.
