Hello,
I ran the names through my family tree and didn't find any of them. Somewhere they probably branched off the same group of Holts. My earliest ancestor Elisha Holt came from SC and died in Orange County Indiana then his son John was born in Madison Co, Ky then died in Martin County. I also have relatives still living in Shoals, Earl Holt is my great Uncle, and of course my uncles and aunt still live in Shoals, and Trinity Springs.

My grandmother , Barbara Ellen (Brewer) Fegan, lived and raised her family in Reeve Township, Daviess Co. But I have found families of Brewers in Barr township, Daviess Co and also possibly in Martin Co. The Fegans and the Arvins seem to have been married in the past. It makes sense that some of the family might have come from Pike Co. I always thought that the Brewer name sounded German in origin and might have came from Dubois Co. or maybe even south of there. But, no matter, she was a very nice lady. I don't remember her very much, but my Mother spoke very highly of her. Any information from anyone will be greatly appreciated and I might have some info for anyone interested. Thanks!!
