Thank you Jerry and thanks as well to Steven Piper and Jeffrey Vaillant for
their suggestions on searching for information on Marshall County. I've
already checked out the South Bend Tribune's necrology file and I have
worked with a very nice volunteer at the library in South Bend in the past.
It looks like I'll be needing to contact himagain soon. I'll also contact
Sue, Steven. I'm finding these forums to be a most useful means gathering
information when your off in a remote area like Hawaii where it costs you an
arm and a leg even to get to the records repositories in California.
