Sandra,
What kind of commitment are you looking for and what are the time
frames for this project? I'd love to help with at least one of "my"
counties but I will have very limited free time until April, perhaps
until June due to a heavy load at work. Are the CD's readable by a
MAC? Let me know what I would be committing to and I'll see if it's
possible to work in this worthwhile project.

With the holidays behind us and New Years Resolutions in the forefront
I am
taking this opportunity to encourage each of you to consider transcribing a
Census for the very worthwhile USGENWEB Census Project.
This Project is a non Profit group of volunteers dedicated to providing FREE
Transcribed Census Records on the Internet at the USGENWEB Census Project
page.

While I know the cost of a CD. (about $20.00) is not always possible for
everyone. There are other ways of helping such as Proof Reading.
Please consider helping us in the year just starting.
