Hi Bob,
I just reread your email and was not aware of the Historic Indianapolis
Facebook page. Sorry I thought you were just suggesting I post it in
general on my own wall.
WILL DO!

Schools around 1950 Fountain Square.
Abraham Lincoln Public School 18, 1001 E. Palmer St. located just south of
Fountain Square.
Calvin Fletcher Public School 8, 520 Virginia Av. located just north
Horace Mann Public School 13, 714 E. Buchanan just west and
Otis E. Brown School 20, 149 E. Pleasant Run Pkwy. S. Dr. is just east.
I have an idea for you. Get on Face book and post your notice along with
a
link to the Wikipedia site so people can see the photo of the man with
amnesia to HISTORIC INDIANAPOLIS wall. There are historians on that link
who may know someone who may have grown up there in the 50's.

Hi,
Do you have the name of School #18? Are there/were there any other
schools within walking distance of Fountain Square in the mid 1950s?
