I did not but I have a list of all the Freunds that are buried @ Crown Hill.
I certainly will do that.

JR, did you call Crown Hill and ask for a search in the National
Military
section?

Subject: [INMARION] Lt Frederick H Freund
I am still looking for the grave of Lt Freund who died as a result of the
Bataan Death March approximately 1941 and was returned to Indianapolis for
burial.
I did locate his grandfather Fed C Freund who died April 25, 1940 in
Indianapolis having lived at 1440 South New Jersey St. He is buried at
Crown Hill.
Lt Freund, his father also a Fred and his Mother Bertha also lived at the
same address. Best I can determine the father died in the 1940's and his
Mother in late 1968 or 1969. Fred and Bertha were to have worked at the
time for General Motors in Indianapolis.
I am comfortable they are not at Crown Hill, which was the closest
cemetery
to where they lived.
Any clues or information will be appreciated.
