Hi Bob:
Thank you so much for the following link. What a fantastic aggressive
project - not only the internet archive and its application for history and
genealogy but the Universal Library, Eternal Egypt. etc. Egypt has always
fascinated me - and the Library of Alexandria - what an aggressive mission
to have a copy of every book in the world - and to try to restore this is
mind boggling.
When I was having trouble with my computer and eventually had to wipe out
the hard drive and start over, I lost all my favorites and have been trying
to restore them. There was a web page developed by Indiana University [I
think] that was a digitized project that had a lot of the city directories.
Do you by any chance have the link to their digitized project?
Nan

Subject: [INMARION] SEARCH LINK for family & local histories
Nancy White, have you seen this link?
A nice site that has many Indianapolis city directories with a wide range
of
dates and more. The Internet Archive. In top search window enter:
INDIANAPOLIS and after you select a book, click on VIEW THE BOOK.

Anyone on this list found interesting links for Marion County? Bob
