Hi,
Does anyone know about Ida May KING who's reburied in Crown Hill Cemetery,
Indianapolis, IN? She's buried in the plot of Cornelius King and his wife, Mary Ann
Barnett. She was first buried in Green Lawn Cemetery, in the same city.
Was she their daughter? There are no birth or death dates available as the Green Lawn Cem.
records burned. All Crown Hill has on record is that she was reburied that she was
reburied in 1887.
She could be Cornelius and Mary Ann's granddaughter.
Also reburied in 1887 was their sons John and William and Mary Ann Barnett King, the
mother. I don't know if the boys married or who they married.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Janet Russon

Janet,
do you have death dates on the stones.? that would help a lot? I found 774 Ida King in the
census.? Would you share as much of those dates as you can.?
I did not find anything after 1880.? Were they all dead by then??
I have an 1868 city direct for Indy.? I found Cornelius King, lumber dealer, cor of St
Clair and Peru RR res N city limities, which would be the Centerville area.? No trolley
went past Fall Creek at Meridian for a long time.? It was all country and farms.
No other Kings in the direct.? Also looked for Eli Barnett, as he was prob Mary's
brother or cousin.
let me know
I just to this to help
